You booked directly through our official website or authorized booking partner.

You provide valid booking reference details and ID proof.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:

You cancel less than 24 hours before check-in.

You fail to show up (No-Show).

You leave the stay early (partial stay).

The booking is made under a non-refundable promotional offer.

You provided false information or violated terms.
3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.).

A small cancellation fee may be deducted depending on payment gateway or service charges.

5. Force Majeure Clause
