1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the check-in time.

  • You booked directly through our official website or authorized booking partner.

  • You provide valid booking reference details and ID proof.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • You cancel less than 24 hours before check-in.

  • You fail to show up (No-Show).

  • You leave the stay early (partial stay).

  • The booking is made under a non-refundable promotional offer.

  • You provided false information or violated terms.


3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.).

  • A small cancellation fee may be deducted depending on payment gateway or service charges.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our booking team:

Provide the following:

  • Booking ID / Reference Number

  • Name and contact details used in the booking

  • Reason for cancellation


5. Force Majeure Clause

In case of natural disasters, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events, we may modify the refund policy or offer a booking reschedule instead of a refund, at our discretion.


6. Policy Changes
